At Real Projectives I enjoy working with great people and true real estate professionals who really care about our clients, my coworkers and the communities we live and work in.
Cons
There is a lot of work to do and our clients deserve great service so, be prepared to put in the hours needed.

Flexible work schedule, good work environment with excellent team of individuals that have lots of different experience levels and backgrounds. Friendly, capable and personable employees willing to share their experiences and willing to learn from others. No one is here just for themselves, everyone adds value to the company and to individual projects.
Cons
Work load is intense but rewards are high!
