I had the privilege to work for 2 years at ReadyTech. ReadyTech is one of those companies that you will always feel connected to even though you move with a different company. The Leaders / Management are incredibly nice people and professionals. The team and the team culture is amazing! In addition to that it is a very interesting product and you will have the chance to work with big logos. All in all, absolutely recommendable to work for RT!

This company has a lot of different technologies. They are in the training space and provide tools and access to systems for training purposes. Because of that they have several software projects going on and if you are interested you can learn a lot. From my experience I can say that what I learned working there has helped me tremendously in other jobs.

Cons

It was a small company at the time I worked there.
