The co-founders cultivated a culture of focusing on value and sustainable growth. People took pride in their jobs but also genuinely cared about one another and their personal lives. Probably won't experience again!

Cons

Not a ton of room for cross function promotion.

Rally was a unique and amazing place to grown my career. The exec team were a strong guiding group who cared deeply about the company culture and agility.

Cons

There's always ups and downs with companies as they grown. Going IPO was a rocky ride and then acquisition by CA changed a lot too.
