The *only* negative is the location. Its a 21st century job in town of 4,000 with one grocery store, poor cell and internet, an hour to Starbuck and surrounded by corn fields. Oh, and sub freezing snowy Nebraska winters. Its not Amish horse and buggy, but its close.
