      Pros

      This is an amazing business with a dynamic, people-focused work culture and a high calibre and incredibly talented team. Its amazing to see how well everyone works together and its really satisfying to work with happy customers, which makes day-to-day working really rewarding.

      Cons

      No downsides yet that I have experienced. Digital Consultancy is a fast paced environment which keeps you on your toes, and Rad always rises to meet client needs.

      Pros

      - Recruitment process was speedy, transparent and highly organised. - Welcoming onboarding, everyone made sure I felt very welcomed. - My role expectations are clear and my Managers ensured a well structured plan to help guiding me on my first months onboard. - Despite having 2 offices: London & Lisbon, I do not feel any segregation: Management truly makes an effort for us to feel like a single, strong team. - Great culture overall and emphasis on providing all the right tools for Rad's People to feel genuinely well while at work.
