No micromanaging. No problematic team members. Company doesn’t have a “dude bro” culture (e.g big tech companies that make you do ice breaker activities during meetings). Testing won’t be the only thing in your repertoire, so you’ll have additional experience in various hardware/software you’ll be able to add in your resume. You’ll only “have a talk” with management if you really deserve it (in my case, arriving a minute or 2 late every day for about a week straight). Management understands this a very entry level job and want the best for you, so there won’t be any bad blood should you find a better opportunity. Everyone is very straight forward, they understand you’re here to work so they won’t put on a “we’re more like a family here” facade.

Hired humanities and liberal arts majors. Trained people with little to no experience in the field. Provided a foundation for testing and QA. Since the work load comes in waves, it gives employees some very important downtime. Highly valuable experience.
