I have been working at RS Software as a Business Analyst for the past months, and my experience has been very positive.Seniors and colleagues are supportive, approachable, and collaborative, fostering a positive and encouraging work environment. The organization provides good opportunities to explore different areas and work on a variety of assignments, ensuring a strong learning curve. RS Software truly follows its “People First” mantra—employee needs, whether small or big, are taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I am happy with my journey so far and look forward to growing with the organization.
