      Pros

      Great company to work for as long as you're willing to work. If you're not on board with being a good part of the company there's not much room for you. As a small company it stays very close knit between those of us who have been here for a long time. The company continues to evolve and grow as the years pass. Pay is very competitive with the larger companies as well.

      Cons

      Change of scenery every now and then due to guys bouncing from company to company.
