      The only downside is sometimes you have to work on weekends or overtime based on the project requirements.

      Cons

      1. Lack of processes because it's a relatively new company, but they are developing with time. 2. Work/life balance is an issue. Unlike other software companies, it doesn't allow you to work from home.
