The good thing about the company is Time freedom,They also offer flexible working hours. Good pay for the performance Great leaders. Good training sessions.Great team work . God service. Flexibility Huge earning potential
Cons
The compensation depends on your performance .The compensation is variable. Sometimes you get very good pay and sometimes you get very less pay. Payment is biweekly. More tax is deducted from salary. Your performance depends on your team mates. Sometimes you ut a lot of effort and do not get the result for the hard work.
