      Pros

      Great company, great training.. very hands on. This is my first HOA and they have made it a great experience with all the knowledge I have learned. It is a very interactive company and it feels like family with all the events we do as a company and team!

      Cons

      I really have nothing negative. The employee benefits for adding a child is more expensive compared to coverage I've had in the past, other than that I'm very satisfied. Great pay, lots of work life balance!

      Pros

      I truly appreciate the training, structure, and support provided. The culture is positive, and I feel supported when issues arise, which makes a big difference. I also value the relationships with most of my associates.

      Cons

      As with many companies in this industry, turnover can be high, which sometimes results in a heavier workload and added pressure while roles are being filled. This can be challenging at times, but overall, I find the work rewarding and the environment supportive.
