      Pros

      All in one system, streamlined, new features to WIN listing more often, Efficiencient! I am happy to say that I haven't been so excited for a while at the thought of finishing the year out strong. They also have such a well trained support team that was so positive and patient with me that walked me through their system.

      Cons

      would like to see a big price reduction for newly signed agents. However, that being said then it probably would be harder for them to provide such a streamlined efficient system to use.

      Pros

      I get a lot of flexibility and thats really valuable to me. I get to work on really cool projects that helps keep me happy and motivated. I truly believe leadership wants me to achieve my full potential. Benefits are pretty great for my needs.

      Cons

      In recent months, some of the culture-building initiatives have been cut, likely to reduce costs. These activities were valuable for employee morale, and I think the company would benefit from reinvesting in them. While leadership is generally supportive, they sometimes make high-level decisions in silos
