Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your 5-star rating, we try so hard to maintain RAND as a best place to work. As we have many employees who have been with us 10+ years, we do like to honor their loyalty with added perks, which are available to all employees when they reach a certain tenure. We will take a look at our policies, and perhaps the way they are communicated, as our goal is to reward our tenured employees, and hopefully show our younger employees the benefits of staying with RAND long-term. That being said, we still maintain a high standard in regard to productivity, and adhering to our policies and procedures, hold all employees equally accountable for meeting said standards.

We are always open to hearing how we can do better, and I encourage you to speak to your team leader, Operations, or HR when you are feeling overwhelmed, or if you would like to discuss your compensation. We are always open to sitting down and having a conversation.

Thank you for taking the time to post. We try to keep RAND the best place to work, and we can't do that without our wonderful employees. Helping you grow helps us grow as well, it's a win-win. Totally get it about commuting, for me, a great book or podcast helps.
