They are one of the worst employers you will ever come across. No salary on time, no FnF on exit, no HR policies, no work life balance and When I say this I take full responsibility of what I am writing, the management is spine-less. They are scared to take accountability of their own actions and committments.

No salary on time, no FnF on exit, no HR policies, no work life balance and When I say this I take full responsibility of what I am writing, the management is spine-less. They are scared to take accountability of their own actions and committments. The MD is clueless of what's happening around and stay in his own fairy world, CEO is insecure and acts like he's untouchable, CTO is also insecure and acts like an admin and HR is a joke. I can write an essay on them but need to hold as my time cost money.. Worst company to work for. They did not pay the salary after 1.5 months of working. Never work with them or ask for advance payment.
