Pros
Good compensation They paid for your medical insurance when you are working full time and qualify por it They paid your life insurance (whole life) The bonuses are excellent The product we sell is amazing
Cons
The software we use could be better The client information is not easy to access We can not do changes easily on a system Is tedious to do any changes in a policy AIL just accept DocuSign as the digital signatures and there is more signatures programs that works just the same and is really more affordable that Docusign AIL takes forever to handle a request (reinstatements, reopens, re draft, adding family member to policies, etc) AIL Doesn’t have a program to help the client with their meets
