Pros

Great staff and culture, rarely a dull moment and had plenty of challenges through various positions

Like any company, some management was questionable in their practices/day to day priorities .

Pros

New Leadership team in sales, management and show kindness and care to staff. It's a tough market with lots of competition while our leadership team needs to answer to investors, everyone is press to delivery on numbers and on projects.

Cons

If you aren't ready to work hard and put in the time, startup/tech isn't for you. Look at the many post, complaining about long hours and etc. If you head down to SF, every company that's a startup work over time and that is why the company does it's best to provide you as much as possible like: massages, Fruit Day, high tech coffee machine, beer tap, nice work environment and flex hours.
