Personally, I love the fast-paced dynamic nature of working at a start-up at QuickFresh. Do things change? Yes. But the changes are well reasoned and a result of discussion and consensus on how to continue to find the best path forward as a start-up. It is not a corporate clock in and clock out do the same thing everyday kind of job. I have found management is very approachable (CEO's door is quite literally open most of the time) and welcomes employee input. I always feel like I can have an open conversation and freely voice my opinions. I can also attest the food has only gotten better since inception, especially with the help of two chefs that were brought on solely to revamp the menu.
