Pros
The environment, while fast moving, is something special. Developers work to help each other on everything, and there is a sense of community and collaboration that everyone contributes to. Criticism helps both those receiving and giving. Though past reviews have complained about lack of file organization, it is up to you to maintain documentation in a way that you'll be able to remember where everything is. The business idea is great, and a lot of responsibility to deliver falls on you as an intern. You are forced to deliver products and stay on top of everything, and through this growth is spurred.
Cons
The demand can be intense if your courseload is a lot. Also, it can be intense documentation and notetaking at times.

Pros
Great product. The fundamental idea of the company is great. Resourcing is bootstrapped. If they can get a launch up and running, this thing could really grow and fast, but it's hard work on the way. I've received a ton of great mentorship, picked up meaningful skills, and have built strong relationships both in person and with teammates and colleagues I've gotten to meet via telecommute.
Cons
A role at quibbl isn't for everyone. Interns have the experience to pick up real responsibility, and own/deliver projects, but you will get meaningful feedback, and sometimes that can be tough. Personally, I pushed through, learned a lot and have been rewarded in terms of increased responsibility and other recognition.
