      Pros

      Flexible work environment with strong ownership and autonomy. Interns were entrusted with meaningful responsibilities from the beginning. Creative freedom encouraged innovative thinking and independent decision-making. Exposure to multiple functions accelerated overall learning and professional growth.

      Cons

      While a Learning and Development framework existed, it lacked strong structure and consistent implementation. More formal training programs and clearer development pathways would have enhanced the overall growth experience.

      Pros

      Working as a copywriter for the first time for me was a really good experience. It was very inclusive and I had several opportunities to learn. Overall I was very happy to be a part of the team and have my contribution and I enjoyed the learning process.
