      Pros

      Owners are both therapists as well as management. Even as a PRN associate I felt valued as an employee. My manager was professional, supportive and did not pressure about taking certain settings.

      Cons

      I honestly have none. Sorry it's not helpful! I had a great experience working here.

      Pros

      Quantum was SO good to me! They provided a great working experience and wonderful support! Wages were fair and they promoted balanced work-life experience.

      Cons

      They do not have many remote opportunities and do not have established relationships in every state, but they do try their best to take care of their employees.

      Pros

      I love being heard and advocated for by Quantum. I have always advocated for my students/clients; having someone advocate for me is nice.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast sometimes there is a delay due to growth. However, they are growing fast because they do take good care of their employees.
