      Pros

      Great benefits, good career progression, good work-life balance, interesting tasks and technologies to work on. Opportunity to work remotely or off-site around the world. Teams are often well resourced.

      Cons

      Much like anywhere in the technology sector, there can be times where there are tight deadlines and stressful situations. There are also quite a few divisions going through some tough times and downsizing at the moment.

      The benefits are excellent, and the salary compares well with the industry. There is a strong sense of teamwork within most groups.

      Cons

      The expectations are high, and there is a lot of pressure to perform. There have been a lot of ups and downs recently, but that seems to be in the past now.
