      Pros

      Annual profit sharing, 10% 401K match, casual work environment, nice people. Industry leading product made very well.

      Cons

      Long time family owned business transitioning to being run more like a larger corporation. Most understand the need, some of the longer term employees don't like changes.

      Pros

      It is an exciting time to join QMI. The company is on a big-time growth trajectory, introducing several new and innovative physical security products to both the commercial and residential markets. The work is challenging, but fun and management is supportive and encouraging. The people here are down-to-earth and make you feel right at home. Great pay, great benefits, and an overall sense of a "team" atmosphere. If you're looking to grow your career I highly recommend joining the QMI team.
