Pros
Great people, supportive teammates, and a friendly work environment. I enjoy working on real projects where my contributions matter. There is a good balance between autonomy and support, and I learn a lot during my time with the company.
Cons
At times, project priorities shifted due to changing business needs, which could create some uncertainty around planning and timelines. Nothing unusual for a fast-paced environment, but it could be challenging occasionally.
