Work Hard, Get Rewarded

Pros

There is so much opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I am not afraid to take risks or be assertive. We get to work on interesting and challenging projects. People are collaborative and enjoyable internally. We are asked to work hard but we are rewarded for the effort and treated kindly and fairly.

Cons

Hard work can be, well, hard.

Pros

- Extremely talented and eager intern program - Everyone is very supportive of each other and willing to help and teach - A LOT of opportunity to learn and grow

Cons

- Agency is fast, typical of other agencies I've worked at, though - Remote model and communication takes more personal effort. Need to be someone who is proactive in their communication. The team doesn't micromanage

Pros

The Marketing team is an energetic and entrepreneurial group of young professionals. The team is independent and works hard to meet clients' digital marketing goals - we're always optimizing and looking for better ways to achieve the end goal. In 2021, the Marketing team shifted tactical planning to 2-week sprint models, which are determined by the Marketing team who is responsible for creating and producing the work. This has provided a sense of ownership, transparency and accountability in self-management vs a top-down approach. Clients have responded well to this change as it provides insight into "daily activities" and how each deliverable is tied to the greater strategic objective.

Cons

Like all agencies, it is not for everyone. You will be pushed outside of your comfort zone to learn and grow, but there is a strong support system. If you're looking for slow and stagnant, this probably isn't the best fit.
