Pros
Pyxis' leadership team is tremendously encouraging and motivating. They put forth a lot of effort, lead by example, and treat their staff as equals in the workplace. They are personable and kind, and they offer assistance when needed. It is a true team environment and a safe place for ALL people to flourish.
Cons
You'd wear a lot of hats so if you’re the type of person who wants to focus on one thing only, working for a small business might not be the best option for you. However, if you are someone who wants to try new things or have your hands in a variety of pots, this could be an appealing and gratifying option.
