The minute you interview it is very clear how much Pyramid values WHO they hire. They care so much about their employees bc having a great team with loyal people is a major focus. It’s very important what you do for a living, but IMO it’s as equally if not more important who you do it for.
Cons
There are none that come to mind, but I will say if you’re looking for a job where you clock in/out and hope no one talks to you all day, this may not be the place for you.
