Pros
The owners are involved. They grew up in the business so you don't feel like they don't understand what field crews are up against every day. They pay competitively and they have a good culture that doesn't tolerate those that aren't willing to contribute.
Cons
Hours can get long in the summertime, but that's par for the course in construction.
