My favorite thing about this company is the work/life balance. I also enjoy the relatively low stress environment at PST. The employees and managers are all pleasant. Best place I've worked!

Psychology Software Tools cares about their employees, great family/work balance by offering flexible schedules and the ability to work from home. Great benefits – Paid Time Off, Paid Lunch, PST covers a large portion of healthcare premiums, office is closed between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day, matched 401K, occasional free lunches, comfortable work environment (standing desks provided, causal dress code). Great corporate culture that is evolving as we grow. To promote a sense of community across departments we have social gatherings every other Friday, an annual Christmas party, occasional free lunches, Halloween costume contest, and Pens ticket giveaways. PST also sponsors an annual family company picnic where employees and their families get to mingle, play volleyball, horseshoes, bocce ball and enjoy a cookout at a local park.
