      Pros

      Providence provided an opportunity for me to grow professionally, to build my reputation and skills while ensuring I received support from all levels of management. Management had an open door policy and I always felt supported in making decisions with regard to treatment plans, crisis interventions, and also when it was time to discharge a client. It was truly a pleasure working for this organization.

      Cons

      There was a great deal of documentation required; this took up a great deal of non-billable time.
