Pros
I worked at Propulsion for 5 years and I have to say it was the most enjoyable job and company I've had the pleasure of working for. My fellow employees were an amazing group to work with. The management and CEO were always willing to listen to concerns and feedback about how to improve processes or situations that arose. The company environment was always welcoming and I felt that the management actually cared about me as a person and not just another employee.
Cons
The only con would be working remotely (by choice) where in person contact was minimized.
