you can gain a lot of knowledge in pastry here. many good recipes that they have, very demure and taste so good can have salary review

Cons

there's no much space for Pastry but that makes sense though cause it is a city hotel located in downtown, sharing equipments with other kitchen outlets, there's just morning shift (7:00AM -3:30PM), you can request later shift but the morning shift is the most effective shift
