      Pros

      has great employee programs, good safety record and is willing to talk about all employee inquiries. Lots of room for growth and to be challenged in your career. Owners are investing in its future in facilities, equipment and employee programs.

      The fast pace growth and production schedule can be a challenge to people that get overwhelmed
