      Interesting Projects and a Great Team

      Pros

      Projects are interesting, you get exposure to working in different industries. Great team environment where you get to work with smart people who you learn from. You get 5 weeks of holiday to start with full company break over x-mas. Occasionally you may need to stay late for a client deliverable but there is no requirement to answer eamils after hours.

      Cons

      It can be challenging at times learning something new at a fast pace but you catch on quick.

      Pros

      You will get exposure to a wide variety of clients in a very short period of time. The small team environment means that you will see the impact of your work immediately. Great work life balance and team spirit!

      Cons

      There is a steep learning curve in the beginning.

      Pros

      Propel Solutions has been a great move for me. It has a great company culture, and promotes a work life balance and means it, which is refreshing. It's been a really engaging work environment, and there's lots of opportunities for learning and growth on the job, as well as longer term. All the projects you are assigned to are different, so every day is a new challenge. You will never be bored at Propel Solutions!

      Cons

      There are some steep learning curves when you start, which is the same as any job.
