There is a serious team environment here at Pronto Home Repairs. I have worked in previous companies where I felt like I was simple a number or just another piece in the puzzle. There is also a lot of positive energy and culture that is centered around performance. It is a very energetic and rewarding place to work.

Cons

I have not experienced any true cons to working for Pronto.

Pros

There is no micromanaging. You determine how much you make and there is no cap. The more effort you put in the more you make. There is a strong team behind you that have a common goal of complete customer satisfaction. Fun and energetic work environment.

Cons

Not a whole lot. If you’re not self motivated then this wouldn’t be the best fit.
