      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Great ability to progress and to take on responsibilities. Dedicated and passionate product development teams. Cross functional teams! Managers are not micromanagers or dictators, instead a rich agile culture with mild hierarchy.

      Cons

      As the company has grown there have been a few pains along the way, which is nearly unavoidable. Scaling agile sounds really cool, but it really takes unceasing effort.

      Having small children is not an inconvenience, diversity is an asset and company success is dependent on team work.

      Pros

      Very diversified group of people - all kinds of personalities and cultural backgrounds / country of origin. In the technical departments team work is key, we make it happen together and everyone (junior or senior) can influence. Possible to approach any manager (including CEO). Stable and profitable.

      Cons

      Due to the company size and flatness of the company structure there aren't so many opportunities for a career in regards to promotions to management positions. The stability of the company (been in business as a SAAS since 1998, longer than Google) affects the openness for radical ideas and changes; it's current thriving business might be causing risk aversion (and possibly prevents rapid exponential growth).
