Pros

I have been with Project Self-Sufficiency for 18 years and have always admired the dedication of the director and staff, acting as a team, to meet the ever changing challenges of the community, with compassion and respect. PSS is a great place to work! What I like best is that you are always busy and there is certainly never a dull moment, you can help others and learn at the same time. Regardless of your position, you can feel that you are a part of a bigger mission all working to change lives in the community.

Cons

There are no cons to working at PSS.
