Pros

I've had huge respect for Project Hope Foundation and the intentionality they've had to meet their employee's needs to the best of their ability as they adapt and grow in as healthy a way as possible to meet the needs of the Autism community. They listen to employee feedback. Their benefits and support for employees in this field are unmatched for our area.

Cons

As a nonprofit that's dependent on insurance reimbursement rates, there's only so much money they can offer for a salary/hourly wage.

Pros

working with the kids, better hours then other RBT positions, great coworkers, wholesome atmosphere

Cons

Pay rate is a little low. Better then average for an rbt position in SC though.
