      Great Culture.. Worked there is like have a big family. I had a lot of fun! I learn a lot. Travel a lot Help to change picture of business.

      Only base commission Only full time. A lot of competition environment.

      Pros

      Incredible atmosphere. This place has provided me with tremendous personal and professional growth. My network has expanded all over the nation based on all the conferences I got to attend for being a top performer and meeting their expectations.

      Cons

      Really high standards! Clients have set some aggressive targets and as a top performing team they don't tolerate laziness. If you want to fit in you must be wiling to learn fast and have an aggressive want for growth. No room to slack off
