Pros

As a manager I was supported in making decisions that impacted the organization and programs. The work is rewarding and impactful. It was one of the few jobs where everyone at the org had a good heart and truly wanted each other to succeed. I found working alongside developers and co-workers rewarding but supporting my team and watching them grow into strong innovative professionals was my favorite part.

The organization is committed to empowering the community. Colleagues are very committed to helping to create a better world. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and change as the organization has been listening to employees and making efforts for everyone to have a voice. Management, especially the directors have big hearts and support you. Overall is a great place to work.

Cons

No tuition reimbursement. Wish there was pet insurance.
