      Progressive is a very reliable company to work for compared to any other job I have worked for.

      Pros

      The biggest pro about working here is the potential to move up in the company. There are many employees that work here that have progressed to higher positions. My boss is great and always answers any questions that I may have.

      Cons

      I would have to say that the worst part about working here is that the weather is very sporadic but the supervisors provide amenities to make working outside much more comfortable
