      This is a great place to work for... super friendly people, friendly managers, couldn't ask for a better place to work!

      Cons

      I don't know what to put here... there really aren't any cons to working for them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

      Pros

      The Owner is very open to listening to her staff and driving Company Morale. She is extremely big on Company Sponsored Holiday Events, Employee Appreciation Days, Company Bonuses, Annual Performance Appraisals and looking at the whole employee. The company has grown tremendously since I started working for them in August 2013 and I am proud to work for such a wonderful organization.

      Cons

      We have grown so quickly we have almost run out of space! It means less employees will get to experience such a wonderful company, where the owner actually cares about the staff.

      An Expectation of Excellence (You're Either at 100% or You're an Issue) If you can leave you problems at the door, check your ego and treat the company like it was your own you will do Awesome.
