      -Good work life balance -Management is friendly and seems interested in you as a person -Lots of really smart people to pull knowledge from -Everyone is hardworking -Project management team is really strong

      Cons

      -sometimes the work can be a lot of drafting if there aren’t a lot of projects going on at the moment; but this can be a nice change from analysis/design work.
