Pros
Good company to work for if you are willing to put in the effort. Each brand operates as its own business that is GM led which means faster decisions are made by each brand and each brand has its own culture. Very smart people and good culture of listening to the market and reacting quickly. Also they spend a lot on innovation and marketing.
Cons
I have enjoyed working for ProMach. All companies have their cons but overall I have no specific complaints.
