Its a company that's managed by developers, so their understand what we can go through. They rarely allow you to do extra hours, extra work and eventually burn out. Other than that, it's fulled with awesome developers that are willing to help and teach you.
Cons
You may see yourself not assigned to a specific project and be loose.
