Pros

The pay is competitive The skills you learn I.e how to sell and what makes good salesmanship. The management that I had whilst working in procook were more than fair and flexible. The work environment was always friendly.

Cons

Without sounding incredibly biased and one sided I cannot list any cons of working in procook.

Friendly team, strong focus on product quality and exceptional customer service. Clear expectations for running the store. Felt supported during my time there.

Cons

Retail environment can be demanding at times.

Pros

I had a great experience working as a seasonal Sales Advisor. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported by the team. Even though I was only on an 8 week contract, the onboarding was thorough and I was given a generous welcome bag, which really showed how much the company values its people. The training was clear, the team atmosphere was friendly, and management was always approachable. A really positive place to work. I’d happily return in the future.
