      It was a good company with the previous management, but not anymore these days

      Pros

      It had great culture. Peers helped each other. The management team was responsive. There were internal technician trainings.

      Cons

      After the recent change, the new management team is no longer responsive. No more training or even instruction for staff. Sometimes no manager to talk to as the manager and interim CEO works only part-time.
