      Pros

      I liked working with a lot of big name clients. If you work with your clients and form relationships with them then you benefit from the returns. Good sales training.

      Cons

      Be prepared there are lots of moving parts. Takes time to be trained on a lot of product offerings.

      Pros

      Ability to be trained in understanding a human's behavioral and cognitive genetics. Learned new skills, like sales and customer support, that I otherwise would not have learned on my own. This has helped me both personally and professionally in my role.

      Cons

      I have no Cons for Predictive Group I enjoyed my role and team members while I was with the company. Will continue my friendship with them as I move on to a new role.
