      Great working, learning, and professional environment Flexible hours for part time and full time employees Many opportunities for advancement Friendly staff

      Cons

      Although a large part of the company are not native English speakers, supervisors are patient and thorough, ensuring everyone understands the tasks for the day.

      Pros

      Performance based compensation. Good company for people who want to work hard, earn based on merit and grow professionally, bad choice for someone who expect to get more based on tenure.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a con, but quality and performance monitored. If performance is not up to par - you better have a good explanation.

      Pros

      Great people and great company. Everyone cares about what they do which makes for a great environment and outstanding results. The facility is outstanding with many perks. There are several career opportunities for those who are willing to put in the work.

      Cons

      None that I can think of currently. I'm very happy to be employed by this organization and to be given the opportunity to grow within it.
