      Small Company that allows you to put your mark on the organization and open to hearing and changing based on employees feedback and ideas. Leadership is super willing to hear from employee ideas

      People are busy, team is small but fully utilized on projects

      Pros

      PTG listens to their employees. There is still room for growth despite being a smaller wd partner. Compensation is great. I really like our CEO - I find that he is an honest person and cares about his employees.

      Cons

      Not too many company culture activities but in my opinion this isn't a bad thing and tends to waste money. I would rather get paid more than have a pizza party & PTG tends to pay more overall. Work life balance could be better, but this is the WD ecosystem so any good consultant is going to get stacked with more work.
