Pros
Friendly and fun lab environment, potlucks and events often, recently renovated spaces, office park is nice with outdoor seating, work was rewarding
Cons
Management can be a little cold at times, the work subject is regulated so it's stressful by nature, customer problems sometimes became my problem when they shouldn't have, accessioner is expected to answer questions about testing for patients

Precision Point is a wonderful place to work. We have made incredible strides over the course of the last few years and I believe we are going to become one of the most successful specialty labs in the United States if not the world. It is a fun and fast-paced working environment with excellent teammates! I plan on staying here for the long ride.
Cons
I do not have many complaints. I enjoy this job and I feel like a part of the family.
